Leaving FGS and DXMS?

Yeah, just confirms what I always knew about A. Also confirms the desperation of admins and other "leaders" to abuse in order to win.

I'm tired of our leaders allowing [A] clan to insult and walk all over [FGS] members. I notice that FGS leaders have time to help out [A] members with lengthy projects like new servers, but don't have the time to answer simple questions from FGS like, why cant we upload our maps anymore etc. I offered money to Icho long ago, but got no reply. Then Icho complains about money in the Deja Surrender post. I notice that many people complain about dxms admins, especially spiderbot aka longcat. I notice that spiderbot infringes internet law by calling people "jew" and then banning them on dxms, also he calls for me to be banned from A forums, but gives no reason, despite I map for dxsg and helped the dxsg forums. Jon also states that "it is expected that not all of my beta maps will make it to a map pack". This is as useful as a one-legged man in asskicking wars. So WHICH maps should I work on, because you have seen them all on the server. My intelligence is being insulted or my time is being wasted in some way by A members, while their work is seen by all the world. I am being dicked about on a wild goose chase. I notice that my beta maps were removed from dxms server, but A members weren't despite no banners etc, and despite dibbuk and amtrack being two of the most popular maps. It's just little things I notice which tell the same story, that dxms make sure that A maps get fair treatment and anyone else gets "treatment" as prescribed above. Perhaps it is not conscious effort, just simply disrespect.

I believe the only people who should be deciding the maplist on DXMS and FGS are the players / forum users themselves. I know that Amtrack and Dibbuk are very good maps, liked by Nrob Nchinny and other good players etc...but dxms can only say " we win hard and full of win" if it is an A map.
My old beginner maps remain on FGS. I notice that FGS handed the decision on FGS maplist over to Jon too.
IMO "reality check" sucks, no-one plays it and why the sweet f are my beginner maps on there and not anything else since I've
made. I would prefer to not be embarrassed any further and have my beginner maps removed and replaced by maps I made that are actually proper maps.
Also it's crazy to me that A members have admin on FGS, but FGS members don't. I would like to see [FGS]Reaction's work on the FGS server 100 times more than I would like to see DXMP_Reality Check.
I dont want to see DXMS server list decided by A members. I feel it should be a vote by the entire public. I dont want to see FGS list decided by another clan. I believe the FGS server should benefit FGS mappers first, who are willing to pay.
It annoys me that my two noob maps are the only maps available on a server (FGS) in the whole of DXMP. Again I feel clan could discuss maplist
rather than be told by A clan what it is. Sanctuary and I put alot of work into developing the dxalpha.servegame.com forums, but it mysteriously disappeared with no thanks or explanation for the destruction of our efforts.

Basically I'm tired of my mapping career and clan history being run by sp[A]m.

I do not wish to be associated with A clan in the way that FGS is. I dont agree with the way the dxms is admin'd and have nothing further.
Clearly dxms leaders abuse admin, and I've seen it against FGS members.
You might as well change all dxms and fgs admin passwords, cos I leave.

Actually Magus no, I have seen you too question the relationship between mapper and dxms.There is no harm in questioning. After all it supposedly democratic. I noticed that you dont give every map to dxms. I learned much from you, why bite the hands that feed.

We had CRD crap made by [A]lex etc. Good, they made a fix, but they say that they "protect DXMP" "keep DX alive". By making some *loving* aimbots?
Things that mess in .ini files? They keep the game alive by spammin on the forum? 1/2 of [A] just sits in the forum and post pics of cats.


I remember that I asked Icho for FGS2 adminlogin like 3 times. In the game, birthday PM and another one PM. Nothing. Oh, well, Icho might be busy. But how comes, that a clan that just makes spam and thinks it's the best in whole DXMP, haves adminlogins to all the biggest servers? FGS2, DXMS etc. And the members of the hosting clan doesn't?

I would rate clans such as [N] higher than [A]. Like Shadow already said, they are just spam0rz.

I don't care - flame me, say that I'm some kind of n00b that gets scores like 5-25, that I can't speak English... Ban me from all the servers - even from those hosted by my clan, sure!

[3] MMUserControl is a fun mod. It's meant for fun, or to annoy those who you can't ban because they abuse their dynamic IP (In this case: Spaz). And cats own you, so shut it.
[4] We don't think we are the best in DXMP, we never said that. Other people say that, understand me? And we just make spam? So we don't make any mod or whatsoever?

And then another thing: Seeing you think we always spam and such, you are not allowed to use any mod made by [A]. Easy as that. If you do use mods made by [A], so say we do stuff besides spam. So no more using MMUserInterface, CRDBugFix, CRDMBugFix, MultiDX, miniMTL, FunLine, and all other modifications we made.

I have to agree with Kuchcik partially..Mods like this give the admin close to unlimited power, even possibly crashing the victims computer. But not all of the [A] mods are crap..MultiDX for example is a good mod, it's fun and it's something new to the game. There is space for Alpha to get more active, though, aside from Kaiden, Alex and sometimes Masta I hardly see any [A] players actually playing and posting cats on forums doesn't seem to help with keeping Deus Ex alive.

Shadow has a good point too. I actually love his map Area51_Thedayafter, it's even my favourite, but I'm having lots of trouble lately finding a server actually hosting the map. DXSG_Thedayafter would have been awesome too, but I guess that's not going to happen? If it won't be completed..Thank you whoever ruined it for Shadow. You just ruined the game for me too. Where is the time that the Altfire server would be filled with new maps coming up every week or so? Where is the time that I wasn't forced to play the maps I don't like? And finally..Where is the time that the player could actually decide something?

I hope you're not leaving Deus Ex too Shadow? That would be too bad, another friend of mine leaving the game. Well, whatever you're going to do instead of mapping in your spare time, good luck and have fun.

Admins are allowed & should have a lot of power. It's their server. You don't like it: Don't play there. Easy as that. And about the [A]-activeness. I never see a [FGS] member. And I mean never. I personally don't like Area51_Thedayafter, and I guess most of the Deus Ex players don't aswell, since it's not played a lot. That is why it's not hosted a lot. That post of Jon's means nothing, but it does show that dxms admins have silly ideas in dealing with silly people.

Alex can threaten me on A forums as much as he likes and Jon and Magus can "smack me in the face with a ban whip" all they like too. If they can not understand why I would make this public then perhaps they can look at their response. Alex threatens me, and you use the language of violence. Just exposing yourselves and your feelings and intentions further IMO.

The reason I posted this is simple. I'm there to map and be responsible admin. If someone gives me admin rights or asks me to ban particular players etc, I take that seriously.
If someone invite me to a private area for discussion and show me a heap of stupid metabolic end product, they have been very stupid to abuse my trust in that way, to assume that I am a sheep who will follow and crush his enemies with cheating. I never witnessed Spaz do anything to dxms or anyone to be honest, except have very good aim and ping and be annoying. I can say the same about most dxms admins. In anycase it was very dumb to assume I am as childish as you or Spaz and will do your bidding with a cheat.

The fact that Alex threatens me just takes this to another level. And to compare Spaz to Soviet, this is interesting, a new one that I have never seen before... and just another lame attempt to support Jon's post and justify editing Spaz's files.... listen to yourselves... trying to justify cheating, threatening shadowrunner.

You all justified an attack on NC's server, but then wept when your precious servers went down soon after... haven't you learned a lesson?

No? So what for MapVote was made? To let PLAYERS decide what map they want to play. And for some reason, on FGS2 people were voting for Shadow's map. Strange, eh?
