I am very intrigued by the possibilities of what he's using though. He proclaims all the time to be #1 when we all know he's not. I would love to see him shamed for the whole community to see.

It doesn't work like that heh, you can get as many FPS as you want the mod doesn't stop that. What it was designed to stop was fire rates that are accelerated through higher FPS.

Basically it doesn't work, all bullets do register at any chosen FPS driven fire rate.

Your are correct Chin, there is alot of FPS abuse but I simply believe Phantom to be doing more than the normal unlock FPS to fire faster = win.
