Other dxms members feel some of my maps were disapproved for non-valid reasons perhaps... this is just another lame ass attempt to stop tobruk from developing into a finished dxms map...

Constructive criticism is one thing, but dictating on how the inner working of DXMS should be gone about is out of line. I'm not using the map you gave me, and to be quite honest I don't want you playing on the server if all you're going to do is criticise and insult me and the community behind my back; if you can't take part in it, you can't argue.

I do, however, agree with Magus; another mapping/modding orientated community would be a nice contrast and might actually make people realise that DXMS is more than just a server.

I make maps hard. It looks almost impossible to get out of the lift shaft on A51_TheDayAfter, but use your brains and it's easy... so many ppl complain about it, I just show them the right way to get out of the lift shaft, jump/slide up the opposite beam and jump off at the top over to the other side... on Altfire you can jump off a wall you are sliding up/down...

Whatever your personal differences, it's lame the way you and spidey kick and ban without warning...I'm not complaining, backstabbing, bitching, its a fact mate...

As far as I am aware, no member of the DXMS, admin or not, has imposed any kind of restriction of the maps we develop.

The brief has always remained the same, and is at the very top of our board pages for all to see.

Why ban off a forum and server?

1. I didn't say that you had made abd conduct in-game.

2. Yes, a map needs spawn rooms and an area to play in. Past that, were only suggestions on how to better make your map in terms of playability and editability.

3. So I have a CSS clan and other commitments in RL, but I try to do my bit when I can - albeit that I seemed to be the only one in DXMS giving feedback; So what?

You are the most time consuming mapper I have ever gone out of my way to help; most people are satisfied with reading the tutorials that me and the guys managed to slave over, but no, people still come to me over MSN for advice and such, and I give it. This quote is out of line, and so are you.

For the record - there are 3 bans, and have been for over 2 weeks now. Max reports every ban to me, with a suitable justification; but then, you don't need to know anything about the inner workings of the DXMS to criticise apparently.

No-one asked you to "go out of your way"... Well I felt your vagueness was time-consuming. You asked me to make 0-aug maps and only after beta stage am I told I must edit them for augged. In plain English you pissed me about. As for msn, I rarely was on msn, 400 dx-ers will confirm this. Also you assume your tuition is flawless and not confusing. Also you and Magus contradict each other, leaving the noob none the wiser...

I think we have got to the point of the matter... I have no idea what you and Spaz have/haven't done in the past... but what I saw is this... you took the bait in my server and disrupted the infolink as much as Spaz, all I saw were two people filling the infolink with crap that I didn't want to read. By responding to him, you did exactly what he was doing, so I was amazed that you could dare to suggest banning him, since you were both filling the infolink with crap... you aren't as grown up as you think.

If I was so "time consuming" why did you contact me on MSN, give me very lengthy instructions/brief and ask me to make DXMS_Tobruk, then ask for the map back so you could complete it, then when you lose your temper with someone, just delete someone else's work...

What Jon and Magus were discussing was illegal on the internet. The 0-aug community were happy to point the finger at Deja for illegal gameplay, so banning me off the only custom 0-aug server in DX does you no good.

Considering that I have not put a foot wrong in the server makes it all the worse...
