Problem Solved. However I will Tell my problem that I used to have so others can benefit from it . Thanks Problem: My problem that I was having, was that in my levels that I made, The lighting was very bright yellow... This was due to me setting the Fog settings to High numbers (Fog settings are found in ZoneInfo). So I took the fog completely away, now I got a normal lighted map

If other games or even maps don't result in this issue, I'd say it sounds like some kind of problem with map lightning. If it happens in all games, I'd troubleshoot the graphics card driver settings.

Insead of erasing your initial post you should better post the solution, so others can benefit of it too.
