Ok, so this all started when I installed DX on my new computer. At first I was getting really low FPS, around 2. Then it changed to conatantly changing between 30 and 50. It was around this time that I noticed that stat net wouldn't work. So, I tried again tonight. My FPS is back around 2, but now stat net works. I finally found out that not only do I have really low ping, but the packets going in and out are really low too. Between 3 and 20 going in and a constant 3 coming out. I also noticed that my ping was constantly changing. I have made a demorec of this for everyone to see with the hope that someone would know how to fix this.
