DXMS are going to produce a proposed DXSG map based on DXMP_Silo.
The story will take place after the Silo has been attacked. A blast crater will reveal entrances to the secret base (Mapped by [A]Spiderbot) and a giant alien artifact/monument that was buried in the Nevada desert (Mapped by DXMS head honcho Jon , of course revelation of the monument has attracted UNATCO and other alien's attention, not to mention usual vents and wrecked lift down to the secret base...and ufo's.
I have taken it upon myself to get mappers together, preferably those who have already joined DXMS at

We need still
1. Someone to map a ufo which has arrived... Jon can figure where in map this map will be, skybox, surface, underground etc...
2. Someone to do vents and ways between silo and secret base
3. Someone to do a big wrecked lift shaft based on the Silo lift shaft.
So the locations of rings could be: Ufo, Monument, Secret Base, Silo surface.
The Silo map surface area is small, I think this can be enlarged, spacing the spwnrooms further apart. Or this map could depart from DXSG norm and place spwns in the UFO, Secret Base etc..., since much of the brushes in DXMP_Silo will get "nuked" and disappear...
please no flying saucers...
Any ideas? Anyone on board this proposed map?
