First some PVE.

Am taking a ranger thru the Nightfall campaign, here are some Sshot of the newbie island you start on ^^

Continuing with some PvP ^^, been exploring it lately and I realy like it.



Humiliation (Jade Quarry, where you have to escort metabolic end product to score points 8vs8)



After Humiliation (Alliance Battles, where you have to cap metabolic end product to win 12vs12)



And indeed, some more humiliation (Random Arena's 4vs4)

Ahahaha Postal 2, love that game (but I can't play it for like 2 hours straight, at some point it's just not as fun anymore ^^)

And I have to admit, EVE looks stunning. Still have that trial lying around...

In my opinion, one of the best free mmorpg's is Archlord, its definately the best graphically, and the gameplay is quite good, not as complex as some games but its pretty fun and addictive :P

looks like a Paladin from World of Warcraft (which I reinstalled a couple days ago )

max level is 99, but its not quick levelling like wow, its long and grueling

at my level now (63) in about an hours worth of grinding inside a cave i can make probably 10-15%, thats using a real money item that raises xp gained by 35% also

theres Normal, Rare, Unique & Elite for Weapons & Armour

Elite & Unique are the same (name and appearance) - just Elite have +5 damage power over Unique for weapons, and +5 defense power for armour, i have unique armour and elite weapon :P

as far as quests there arent many quests to do in a party, most is solo apart from hard as *love* bosses, some you can kill yourself (if your a well built knight), any other class you will need help most likely

theres 4 castles throughout the Archlord world, which guilds will own, ownership constantly changes with battle seiges, with ally guilds vs other unions, and theres mini events which u can register to take part in on the official forums to, and little things like that, like i said the games not at all complex, just quite fun.

horses & wings are all about increasing your movement speed, horses you get just by reaching a certain level and buying one with gold, higher u get better a horse, and wings can be either purchased from another player or you can buy a random wing chest for the cc store (real money) and it gives u a random pair of wings varying in style and from 10% to 15% movement speed, which you then place into a necklace, so as long as u wear the necklace, permanent wings

i have another pair of wings too, same style and stuff as those whites ones, just black.

started playing Battlefield: Heroes recently along with Majestic, it's a MMO shooter, kinda fun, you have levels, earn Valor Points with which you buy new weapons, widgets and items. It's free, you can spend some real cash to buy Battlefunds, and get some unique clothing, but no real ingame advantage. three classes: soldier, commando and gunner, two nations: Royals (Americunts) and Nationals (Nazis). worth trying, it was intended as a casual game and it quite nice for 1-2 hours of playing, than you can get frustrated. but maybe that's just me

Unfortunately my speed is 1mbit so I don't like to download files bigger than 1gb, that's why I usually get games from my friends. If any of them has this I'll give it a try too.

I download 3gb files all the time with my 1mbit conn, no prob. I do it during night of course.

Now try downloading 3gb file with 100kb conn, whole different story Did it once and took a week, and it was disappointment.

Unfortunately I can't sleep of the PC hum so the only time I download is when I'm not home during the day or am not using the PC. When I download I make the download manager shut down the PC when progress is done.
