The dude(s) that has the complete show(s) is most likely offline, when he/she gets back on then your download will resume, assuming ofcourse there is someone there with 100% of the data.

I use uTorrent cause it's small and doesn't reduce fps when I'm playing singleplayer, for example bitcomet uses over 100 mb of RAM
