That's a new version of the telnet based remote administration package.
It contains some small updates and minor fixes, which can be read in the version history of the README file.
Thus, READ IT.

You can access FGS server from Telnet if you have the the neccesary passwords 8) LIKE ME

PS: All server admins can have a telnet account too.
Also, those who are not admin may ask for a guest account.

Nope. But after ~[ER]~'s last war with [FGS], me and Nobody stayed in the server for a few hours afterward. He can do ANYTHING with telnet. It was epic. 8)

The server that you went against Majin has Telnet Admin.

I since changed the name of it. I love summoning cats, rats, and seagulls

Wrong war Sanguine. ~[ER]~'s last war was with [FGS], not Majin. In the V-Server I think.
