Videos of DXMP and DX in general

Hi,

I thought about making some videos about DXMP how it is today. And some videos of nice maps and mods in general.

I made a video of ENB Series and I'm gonna upload it on YouTube.

I'll post it here after I'm done with it.
Some of those videos will be in YouTube HD so it get's a far better quality than usual. =)

I have a few demorecs, none of which are altfire, or any good, but I could easily send you them if i can be bothered to find them.

Would be cool if you could send me some. I could try to convert them to a YouTube friendly format.

I dont like the Video.
I dont realy saw the diference because the map is realy dark.
Make another one maybe with CMD with the Stargate Base ore somethink.
Inside buildings with Lights and stuff but not outside ^^..
Sure a good eye can see the difference but when u dont know what chances, u dont see it

I'm gonna make another video. But it won't be a comparsion. It'll be a small video about fighting ...
Would be nice if I could get some good demorecs so I can make something of them

Best way to do that is to record a demorec, then record it again with the mod on. It looks too far out of place.

The funny thing is, I did so =/

I arranged the start-position for both at the same moment and then just started recoding the video. The result is what you saw.
I still try to make nice videos. But I could need some help with arranging a small fight. We also could make a "fake-fight". So a fight where everthing is preset. But that would be "Deus Ex in general"

a small fight, i'll have you dead in under a second.

What you need is that demorec that i think hasha or some edh guy has of me and dbl having a full on 10 minute battle in smuggler one night. Like we didn't kill eachother for 10 minutes.

Or there's a good few that Ste has of me and him fully streaked fighting eachother in big long epic battles.

Yes, sounds very good Spaz. If you could get one of those, i'm sure anihex would be interested.
Also, I thought YouTube converts the videos you upload automatically by itself so you don't need to manually convert them.

About YouTube and uploading ...
YouTube converts the video into the Flash Video (*.flv) format. Depending on the quality of the source YouToube converts it to the best suited quality for it.
This more depends on the aspect ration than the bitrate.

I've uploaded this video using the resolution 1280x720 (as YouTube recomends). And currently I'm the only one who made a DXMP Video (even if this more about ENB than DXMP) who used this.

And yes, I would be interessted. This way we could make some pretty cool videos.

So I can just send you the .dem files? 'Cause I have no idea how to convert them (alltho this has been explained before on this forum )
