For a non mapper, you do instantly posses the brains to do geometry first before applying textures, I like that.

It was constructed with the intension to do so, but it's not confirmed, afaik.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't/wasn't there a map already with a chess board as battle field?

It didn't look anything like yours though. It was a chess board with like a canyon type of thingy in the middle. I played it with Shadow and spawnmass lam 100 a loooooong time ago. I was high at the moment so details may be a bit off.

Also, your map looks nice. :)

Also, is DX_Canyon still on the altfire server? :o I loved that map.

I like the Star Trek 3-D chess idea. Maybe jump pads.

Can reskin medbot and repairbot to military skins from DX. There's your chess pieces.
