Looking for some old files.

I'm wondering if anyone can help find a few old files. Most of them were hosted on the GODZ fileshare but that went down. And I wonder if anyone at all still has them.
Firstly, i believe the mutator was called NameDisplay or something of the like? It simply displayed teammates names above their heads, lets you easily find teammates in the map, and shows their health too. Was pretty interesting, never seen anything else like it in DX before, even had customizable colours and display settings! Don't even know who made this one!
Second, a team auto-balancer mutator, self explanatory I think. But a very useful mod, only ever seen one server run it, and i believe it might have been owned by Deja?
And the other lost files are [RTK]etzers maps, namely [KETZER]_Cottonwood and Spaceship, I believe. As both his website and RTK's boards are long gone.
Just curious if anyone still has them lying around on their hard drives, i've tried googling, even down to file searching google for the exact filename and can't locate them.

Not that spaceship map, the one I'm looking for was tagged [KETZER], I know that part for sure, can't remember that ones exact name but it was a spaceship map, quite a large complex one. It's been quite a pain to find that, and the creator Ketzer seems to have vanished after RTK's closure.

IIRC the only people that hosted Ketzer maps were [17]Hey?, Ketzer and RTK. I remember Ketzer's smuggler map! I think Ketzer was the only person to host all three.

Still remember all those times I spent testing his maps and mods on his Gravitron server. One of the coolest people I met on Deus Ex. It was a honor for him to join my clan back then. When he created a map you knew it would be something in it that would blow your mind. This guy was very creative in the Deus Ex SDK next to Mantra.
