As far as I can see DXSG is carefully selected team by [A]Nobody. The mod belongs to him. If he wants tactical mod and the community all want tactical mod, what business it of yours?

Unreal Tournament is a completely other game... And of course he didn't ask permission. Unreal Engine is the engine that both games use, Deus Ex uses a modified version of it. Because they use the same engine, it doesn't mean they are the same company or whatsoever. So that's just a crappy argument.

Hekhujka has stolen meshes and textures from UT, just like the weapons of Tactical, I guess. So what? Why do we have this discussion? You said I couldn't use TNAG + Low Gravity as it was a trademark of FGS, well, DXSG + Tactical is a trademark of Alpha. It would be hypocritical if you would use Tactical then
