Not everyone gets drunk to numb the pain of life you know, I can't stand these bastards in pubs that are miserable..that gets my goat, you find that quite a\bit here in ol' blighty.

I went into a pub the other day and said "excuse me" , the guy said "YEAARRRR", then I got the bar and asked a guy if he wanted a drink, he said "YEAAAAAAAAARRRR", so I asked the barman to get him a pint, barman says "YEAAAAAAAAAAARRRR", so I take my drink , watch the football, I say "Is that Arsenal?", the guy goes "YEAAAAAAAARRR"... so a nice girl walks in and everyone goes "YEAAAAAAAAAARRRR!!!"...
you know the pub I'm talking about don't you...

The rest are maybe votes, but one maybe voter has a reservation.
a lot of people don't know you very well and are finding it hard to vote.
Not everyone has voted either.
Also we had to vote on another person today, who is invited, not recruited.
Also it takes time to build a picture of you to the new members who dont know you so well...

It means a discussion happened yesterday, points were raised, then we began another vote on someone else. We've all slept on those points and I should imagine the discussion will resume today and we will try to reach a decision either way.
Have you seen that film "Twelve Angry Men" - the voting room is like that.
Your application began on 30th June at lunchtime, so only 3/4 days have passed actually, we might need more time, I can not say...
