You can toggle full screen/window mode by press Ctrl, Alt and Enter, props to DJ for that one.

But obviously it doesn't hurt to use it, nevertheless. Might look more professional. :-D

Australia is upside down.

He only needs to go as far as western Canada or perhaps Pakistan. (depending on which way his screen has rotated - Pakistan for clockwise 90 degrees, Canada for Counter-clockwise 90 degrees)

Or you COULD move to Australia and put your monitor on its OTHER side.
All are viable solutions.

Alternatively, travel to Pakistan and put the screen upside down for 90 degrees counter-clockwise and Canada upside down for 90 degrees clockwise rotation.
