I used to have 2 different setups, one for augs, one for 0augs.

0augs: arrows to move, ctrl for crouch, shift for jump, numpad 0 for scope, leftmouse fire, right interact, scroll toggle weaponbelt, mousewheel press altfire.

augs: wasd to move, and some augbinds.

Q=Medbind
E=ToggleScope
AWSD=movement
X=Duck
V=Altfire (button)
R=AugSpeed
LeftCtrl=AugVision
C=AugBallistic + AugADS
+ a lot of others which do useful things.

Don't laugh at my aug binds, even if I had the best set-up, i'd still be crap :ney:

There is a quick emergency fix for losing your altfire settings.

In game, just press T, delete "say" and then type this:

bindkey R altfire

this will make the R button shoot altfire.
Notice though, it will only give you a single shot, not full auto fire function.
It's fine for most weps, but difficult to use with pulse rifle, gatling gun etc...

There are several variations of the 'Medbind', the one I use is (well most of it):
At the bottom of your user.ini:
Aliases[18]=(Command="ActivateBelt 9 | onrelease ParseLeftClick",Alias=Medkit)
And slightly above that:
A=MedKit|OnRelease ActivateBelt 2
You have to hold down your 'medbind' button (A) for a short moment for it to happen.
Works for me :huh:

Alot of people use a medbind that instantly uses a med aswell, I don't like it. It sucks if you're in the middle of a fight and you use your medbind and have to switch back to your main weapon using the scroll... You can fix this with another bind ofcourse and it all depends on personal preference.

Oh, Blade already showed the alternative :P
