It's not necessarily a fault on your part, although if your brushes aren't aligned to grid that might explain things.
I also did something unusual, the hotel walls are basically what is between two subtracts, the map originally was indoors, but we decided to develop the alleys into playable areas, so extra subtractions.
I put Dockside up, but the version I have has two big errors, one of the huts is invisible and the doors are buggy. Also this version doesn't have the HR/Clyzm weps. I'm searching for the HR version, which was ok.
