People leave clans for various reasons. It's easy to blame the leader, but it's a tough job, especially if you are new at it. Every manager who is new, makes a lot of mistakes. Talent helps, but Skills and Experience is what makes a good leader and a good manager.

I remember making [IA] with a guy called Jonny. It was a disaster, about "30" members, but only about 8 registered, totally out of control, but I don't regret doing it, it was a step forwards for all involved and it created some longlasting players in DXMP.

Oh and Android, guess you just blew the sponsorship deal. Swearing in front of potential investors is a real no no.

International Assassins I think. I hated that, Jonny's idea. A civil war broke out pretty soon, a group of about 6? guys including me joined FGS and the rest became [RIA], who survived in some way until very recently. Jonny was a cool guy, just we had no clue how to run a clan. [C] is more of a clan than [IA] ever was I think.

Recruiting was hilarious, people would slap the tag on, and there was little we could do about it.

Their BOTH behaviour generally disqualified themself as leaders, anyway.
