Suicide gepping

I don't like how they are trying to dictate how you play. I got warned a few times in the THC 0 aug server for hiding behind corners with a DTS.

DX lives from the various ways of fulfilling your mission. This also counts for DXMP.
Limiting them for the good of a minor group is shortsighted and imbalances the gameplay.
Thus in your case.. instead of warning you, they should stop rushing straight forward and start looking backwards every once in a while.

Poor, I don't like that sh!t either. But who are we to tell them what is good for their servers. This is the exact sh!t that drives ppl out of this game. Ppl want to have fun by all means.. Not being controlled.. If it's wrong for us to have fun.. Who are they to dictate what is good for us? One of the reasons why I stopped playing. It was more fun back in godz days when you could hide in shadows, water bug, nade bug and troll on ppl literally.. How often did ppl get banned for doing what they did? Not often.. Now there's not even a quarter left of the players in this game and they get butt hurt over a suicide kill with a Gep or lam or whatever.. If you don't like that metabolic end product figure a way around it instead of complaining. And it's not ruining the game.. That idea has been there before you knew this game existed so you should change Ur tactics and quit being a lil b!tch about it. That is all.

tactical use of the skills / weapons / map is completely cool and is part of the fabric of dxmp, of course. thc shouldn't have reacted like that to a mere dts camp.
this thread is or rather was about how retarded suicide gepping is because it isn't any of the above.

I totally disagree with everything you say anax that's why I rather be the bug that crawls under Ur skin rather than the one that crawls in Ur butt.hole. This game was made the way it was for a reason. You or anyone else shouldnt have the role to tell any Gamer how they should play the game. I always found suicide exploding - i.e. lamming or GEP'ing yourself to death while killing someone else - immensely unskillful while getting high results (in terms of breaking their streak).

However it is still quite fun to do.

So do you think I'm wrong when I ask for the old Dxmp back? Well with the same rules as before but better protection on server crashings and aimbotters? I remember we would have so much fun abusing admin and spawning projectiles. Now days you can't even do any of that.. Where's the fun in Dxmp?

- you assume these things just cos i disagree with u. But actually, I have seen a good few demorecs from older times and have also met older players who've come back for a time.
I have deep respect for the DXMP of old and certainly don't claim to know the game to the full extent.

- ur confusing being a massive retard with proper enjoyment of the game. If i had admin rights your kind would be permanently banned on every server and every forum.
