phantom has deliberately suicide lawed / shelled numerous times, without remorse, imo that's as bad as a few Tk's.

true in this case with phant, but imo he deserved it, for sui lawing labtec. it isn't something i would do to anyone else for no reason though. I'm talking about banning persistent and deliberate tk'ers.

I don't think it's punisher, punisher wasn't a teamkiller as such, he just killed and spammed without mercy.

The guy I saw with your name, definitely wasn't punisher.
