Forgot to mention, the map's almost at the 65536 node limit, so map's relying on models and coding hax now

Yeah you have to get very clever when making RPG maps as you know full well, those that do release something have my massive respect.

OIC, explains why cozmo needed help.
The skins are just .bmp files atm. I thought the dx mesh was animated already no?

Oh, yeah that Tong skin is ready, we can just import it with Poor's .u file and stick it on a model. The guy who made it edited the character model slightly and included that in the zip, but IDK much about models so we can just use the default one.

It's like Christmas, thank you Cozmo and Joebama and DJ for your interest. Want to get players acting out the single player in server with the skins on and filming it, but saying funny stuff, parody and dxhr jokes or mp jokes etc...
Need to interview some FGS members that worked on this too for that Eidos site, so can just hand media to ppl along with vids and PR releases. Struggling to figure what questions to ask team members. "Cozmo do you like lemon/lime?"

@Skin: The model, the skin editor used has a different UV Map, it wouldn't appear the same in DX AFAIK, and it was only 1 frame so I thought wheres the rest of the animation :$

The skins for Tong's head and pants work fine. The shirt does not. UCC complains that the width is not a power of 2. I tried stretching it from 342 to 256 but the then skin is not properly aligned. He also gave us some kind of model file with an smd extension. Perhaps this can be used to export a texture file with the correct dimensions. Otherwise, we can use another shirt.

Hmm, I'll try explaining, I opened the .SMD model, and it had a different UV map, meaning one arm's texture added on the width of the torso texture, as I said, this texture wouldn't work, even if you resize it, it wouldn't appear the same in DX, and the fact that it is remodeled (basically different UV map applied with no animations existing at all) you'll have to reanimate all of the animation sequences to get the same result appear in DX.
soo.. yeah you'll probably need a new torso for Tong.
