Message to LTK server admins

I'm been banned from servers without a reason and I didn't accept the ban peacefully. But there is a reason because the HK member has been banned: he wasn't giving to others player a chance to have fun and enjoy the game.
Months ago in E.d.H server I was playing against Shadowrunner and some newbies. Me and my team ownt badly the other one without giving them a chance ( i.e. spamming geps and lams in their spawn, gasing the whole place, team rapes etc. ). What happened ? Their started moaning and left. HASHARIN CONTACTED ME SAYING THAT MORE THAN ONE PLAYER MOANED ABOUT THE GAME AND THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO BAN ME BECAUSE I'M HIS " AMIGO ".
I bet that if someone of the players I fought agains had the possibility of ban me well... raping players, giving no chances, killing the fun of other players, damaging the server popularity are more than one good reason for a ban.
I don't know you. I think you are Yanni because I read a post of guy with this name on HK forum. I think that I never played against an HK guy on DX and I never had problems with one of you. Apart with reclaimer but people told me he's not in HK.Get off HK's asses and stop trying to point out some hidden agenda.
If you think that my post are just some kind of flame or that I'm moved by hate against you or your clan you are wrong.
By the way I asked around for some information about the LTK server and they told me that it is a RPG server. Killing in a server whic such peaceful gametype, where the players who join won't kill or be killed ( and most of the time they are unarmed ) but just enjoy the game with others, means " excel " for you ?
Also Redfire host 4 american servers ( atdm, btdm, ctdm ) what do you think about enjoying in those servers ?

To defend myself, I will say every time I have played in one of the LTK servers, people were fighting. When I FIRST ever joined the server I was trying to explore the RPG map. I kept getting killed, yes I was unarmed. So I decided to throw in and the end result was catastrophic. See Screenshot thread for details.
As for RedRussian, he apparently caught on faster that the players claim don't want to be killed WILL kill you.
As for the open servers. They are more often empty where as LTK almost always has players in it.

Ok I think banning one player is less important than losing 3 other players completely, BUT if this person gets banned without proper warning(s) or for no reason, then we've got a problem!
I'm certain that there are LOTS of people who leave DXMP because of this. I myself showed the game to some of my buddies aswell and they were wondering how they are supposed to enjoy it because there are only pro players and they make the game impossible to enjoy. They weren't new to FPS games at all.
Having low ping on RPG server is not a reason to slaughter new players on purpose thus giving them a good reason to leave for good.
HK is supposed to be a clan full of skilled players right? Skilled players seek challenge right? Newbies are not a challenge today but maybe one day they WILL be if you give them a chance now. This game doesn't have a lot of players today and is only still alive because such modifications like RPG cities exist. Give them a chance so once, when they get bored of RPG city, they will start playing more serious games like BTDM because they still enjoy the game, but not the peaceful RPG's anymore.
If anyone comes with the many metabolic end product that "when I was a newb, noone gave me a chance", well he better accepts that back then the average number of players was MUCH bigger, there were more newbies and less pros which means they didn't get owned so much than they do today.
