Aye I have ALL of you beat. Way back in the day when I had NOTHING to do, I completed the game with no inventory minus mission-required ones. I never pulled out the DTS, and never killed anyone. The only kill you actually have to make in the game is whats-his-face with the lam in Silo. I did that by jumping on him.
Only stealth augs it is possible (cept use speed aug is a must, crouch everywhere else), and QUITE a challenge. Resisting that urge to kill UNATCO...
