You sir, claim to have studied all those ancient languages but still fail to know the difference between a vivid and a dead language...

Let me explain, languages like English, French or Russian are alive cause even now new words are added to the lexicon and ppl ponder about grammar rules to make 'em more viable, logical etc., thus you could say the language is stil growing (hence the being alive aspect)

Languages like ancient Greek, Latin, Arameic or Hieroglyphs however, DON'T know aforementioned processes anymore. There are no more new words added to the Latin vocabulary, ancient Greek grammar will always stay in the form it is now, and has been for over 2000 years. (hence the being dead aspect)

The fact Latin is still used doesn't mean the language isn't dead.

K sorry, I might gotten carried away a bit, but it's just, I am a languagelover and I thought Sanguine was too (seeing all the languages he studied), but him stating that kind of bs kinda 'angers' me.

And it was never my intend to shove my opinion in your throat, but ye ok, got the message. But now you know how we feel when you try to shove somthing down our throat..
