Ok easy explained for NICKS:


SPAM = Public General Chat + SPAM
FGS-Offtopic = Private General chat + NO SPAM
Nobody is perfect...

I just don't think that this sub forum should be all sterile and SPAM-free (again, 'constructive' spamming obv).
