The fun part is that its universal, youll never be free of fear. Sufficient education and a society that promotes healthy thoughts will improve things big time, however. Paganism for one is often practiced by deeply spiritual and/or somewhat introverted people. Being spiritual however already means that big chunk of your time - sometimes regardless of your actual surroundings - is spent alone with your thoughts. Since human is undoubtedly a social being, being alone simply fucks with your head. I believe it gets somewhat more complicated from there.. I do not think that collective mind can ever achieve the intelligence that would cross a certain impact threshold, but it is always easier to have your opinions and decisions be made for you by the mass, as such for many it would pose as the preferred option in general.

There is a ton of paganism in Church of England, it's basically the agricultural cycle. Beltain is Easter, Harvest Festival is Lughnassad. To me paganism is harmless, country people respecting nature, the seasons, forces older and greater than us.

It's end-timers that we should worry about. These guys in high power in politics and the military who are excited about WW3, because we will meet God sooner. They want to tear down the mosque in Jerusalem and start WW3 asap.

Gullibility doesn't make someone retarded, you really shouldn't treat him like that. I remember when I was in his age and I enjoyed these theories just as much as he does now. Don't forget that we're living in the 21st century and parents have a LOT less influence to their children than some decades ago. There are many explanations for that, for instance a large percent of mothers are not housewives anymore to be home 24/7 to cook/clean/raise children, they have jobs now. People have to work harder today to be able to make a decent living and they can only hope that the amount of guidance they're able to provide to their children will be enough to make kids become decent people one day.

666 is a student living in an islamic country. He's emotionally and physically closer to the conflict than any of us perhaps. It would urine me off if Iraqi pilots had been bombing my country's farmers for over 20 years and I would feel the urge prolly to fly a plane full of passengers into one of their mosques and I think anyone who loved their country would feel the same.

Shadow got it, though that's only a small part of it. Paganism is a also an umbrella term used to describe any religion that was around before the Christians decided to *love* up the world. So: Norse, Egyptian, Native American Indian etc...
