I've actually got mates in Taiwan who build PC's, I'll try to find them and find out shipping costs. Off the top of my head though I've got a feeling it will save some money, but not much at all, mostly because they will charge a fee for building it.

The point is that you don't get other people to build your PC since it costs more money and makes your PC less reliable. Purchase the machine part by part and perhaps get a friend to build it for you. Doesn't take long.

Besides, putting everything together is pretty straightforward, all components are built in a way that makes connecting anything wrong, or the other way around impossible. You cannot fail. You just have to beat your inner technophobia that most people get when they see electronic parts.
