He is not known for his ability to figure people out fast. Nobody says that Chocochoco cant apply for Esquadra.

Like I said earlier, [FGS] is not recruiting at the moment which means the only way to be accepted nowadays is to show us something exceptional, something that we can benefit from. Aside from the couple questions you answered we didn't get to know you, we didn't see your map, we didn't really find out anything exceptional about you, therefore I have to announce that your application to [FGS] has been rejected.
You can try again in one month if you will still be interested, but I strongly recommend you to read this whole topic again very carefully because I'm not convinced you understood every hint that was addressed to you.
Good luck and have fun playing Deus Ex!

Your rejection to FGS was no invitation to misbehave now.

Then you probably already know it was a mistake to post an application here.
At least, I sure hope so.

Well.. he was.. technically 'already in a clan' even after applying, thus it was a denied from a start.
I've seen him on the server bashing everyone (well, atleast me) with [FGS] tag on, saying 'noob' and all. I haven't banned him though. Just saying.. Tell you what Chocolate, you should read carefully of why you were declined, as Chris said, and it'd be good if you stop bashing/annoying people around on [FGS] servers and [FGS] members... otherwise you might face BANHAMMER!

Choco, you can understand why a clan makes it difficult for people to join. Sasquatch is right when he says maybe you should read again and see what it is that you have missed. We often like a person very much but many fail for three main reasons.
1. They applied to a clan that they didnt know about, didnt know anyone, hadnt been a regular on our forums, they showed no special interest in our clan, showed no knowledge of our rules or standards or strengths and weaknesses. Usually the FGS members dont vote because they dont even know the person applying. So how can we vote?
2. They don;t bring anything to the deal themselves. An applicant who will require a lot of work, training, effort but has no skills or abilities, servers or editing to bring us.
3. They failed to read the rules of application properly, or they failed to read or listen what is being said to them. There's no point in even discussing other points of your application, we asked to see your map and we've seen a lot of posts but havent seen a map, so I have no idea if you are a mapper or not, therefore it is hard to vote for you.
This goes on in real life too, believe me, I've seen hundreds of people lose an opportunity because they thought "not at this time" meant "not ever", they weren't really believing in themselves or listening to the feedback.
If I were an applicant, the first thing I'd say is "Hi, well I know not everyone knows, so that's why I am introducing myself" I wouldnt expect to have a decision in a week. I'd even be pro-active and suggest a trial, 3 months. I wouldn't expect such a life/death or black/white response. People need time to get to know someone.

I think everything that followed the first word flew well above his furry head.

Maybe it is our fault, we don't spell out what we want from applicants.
