Both.

Leo is Darko and Darko is an elaborate troll. As entertaining as he is, I think 90% of everything he says is intentionally designed to wind people up. He doesn't actually believe it. That's why I never actually get angry with him. He's an amusing sideshow.

I think at some point the grey line between trolling and retardation becomes a blur, and 4 years of active presence in the community whilst keeping up the same act... yeah.
