I will talk about the mod: The mod is not DejaVu's and DejaVu is actually committing a crime by editing it without our permission (Author right).
sorry for interrupting you Sir, but who the *love* cares about copyright those days?~[A]lex~ wrote:I will talk about the mod: The mod is not DejaVu's and DejaVu is actually committing a crime by editing it without our permission (Author right).
I do? And a lot of other people, why do you think it still exists?Kuchcik wrote:sorry for interrupting you Sir, but who the *beep* cares about copyright those days?~[A]lex~ wrote:I will talk about the mod: The mod is not DejaVu's and DejaVu is actually committing a crime by editing it without our permission (Author right).
Tell me, what did I actually do then? Did I format your PC? Did I damage your PC at all? No.{E.D.H}{FPS}HDD21 wrote:Who are you to talk about being legal?
Plotting to format my pc with a new advban?
Lets get back on topic.
Even less...~[A]lex~ wrote:press the PC button for 10 seconds
Kothar, do you know the difference between copyright and author right?Kothar wrote:here it goes back to this arguing thing.
Im goin to end this whole legality deal with this
UNLESS YOU HAVE A LEGAL PATENT ON THAT CODE THEN YOU CAN'T SAY THAT WHAT DEJA IS DOING IS ILLEGAL, EVERYTHING THAT IS NOT COPYRIGHTED OR PATENTED IN ANY WAY IS FREE TO THE PUBLIC TO DO WHAT EVER THE *beep* THEY WANT WITH IT AS LONG AS NO MONEY IS INVOLVED
if anyone else starts arguing about that or about anything i will lock this topic and any other ones made about miniMTL is that clear?
sorry but to be honest i Really don't want to read about this anymore
oh and Deja, I really hope you are actually working on the mod and not just saying this to start a lot of metabolic end product.
now, anyone up for one more try at staying on topic?
Berne Copyright Convention
Under a convention of the Law called the Berne Copyright Convention, all creative works are copywritten the moment they're in a tangible form.
Tangible form means almost anything other than in your head. Simply dreaming of the world's greatest Web site isn't enough to protect your ideas by Copyright. But once it's in a material form, it's protected.
