If you point to the V-Server, it should be still the same, if Skil didn't change it.

Not too shabby here in UK. About 50-60 ping for me, very few lag jumps, so should be ok for you there in belgium.

Yes, after Nobody mysteriously switched the team, the Prophet became godlike. :P
