I'm pretty sure you would be the 1337 president, however.. it wasn't enough to get you into FGS. 
The internal debate lasted longer than usual and more than one vote needed to be made..
The clan was very divided about your application and so it is still...
The half of the clan wants you, the other half doesn't, which is a no-go in my eyes because letting you join could cause the clan to break apart.
