And what happened to ping? It used to be ~100 for me, now is about 300

My pings stable whenever I enter the server, it goes up a bit if the server is nearly full, the server is fine.

I'd say that's too much of a jump for it to be the server. My ping does jump around, but barely more than 50.
Most servers seem to be having lag spikes lately.
