Someone cannot "use" your IP, unless that person is hosting out of your local network.
The alternative is that your PC(s) got infected by a backdoor program, which is certainly something you need to fix then.

When nobody can see your id number, nickname, scores, ping -- you are invisible

The ID is always shown.
If it's not shown then it's the hoster's fault for not installing MTL.

This is the person that started the problems with me. I believe he is also a contact on my msn because a dj asked me to remove his ban. well Dj's ip matched this one so we obviously it didnt clear. and it was a name ban because that was the only way we seemed to be able to keep him out. he didnt figure it out for a few days but that didnt last to long then he just changed nicks. he said hes not the person causing the problem and that he hosts a server im not sure what the name of it is but i know kilders is always in it. something about cheese lol. hes also used many different ip ranges, thats why we tried the name ban. any more questions ill be happy to answer have a good day

this is also the one of the people that have ddos / Spam our servers. we think there is more than one person doing these things but only have real proof of one so far.

when ever he trys joining the server i get kicked out along with other players. ive seen 4 people all kicked out at one time when this ip trys to join. this has happened atleast 50 times the last few weeks. idk how hes doing it. the server isnt crashing . heres the log of my kick just happened 5 minutes ago

This happens everytime this 92. or 109. ip enter the server. any ideas

And he actually joins or tries to join?

i get kicked out and so do most others that are in server . he tries to join hes banned so he cant but whenever i see the ban in nephthis pop up in game showing hes trying we get booted. the other player in range 109. isnt ban but the same results happen there. we all get kicked. very well could be a time out. but when u return to the game we have lost all our inventory as in a kick. log shows that i was kicked for attacking server . but why would it only happen when he joins. besides that i have no issues i can play for hrs.

The guy enters whenever theres a good crowd in cozmo and he spams non stop.

Lol wanted to play a nice lil round today, only douches, this spam dude, door blocking guys.. whats wrong with these people in deus ex?

rather than blowing heads, they blowing my head infront of the PC with spam and douchplaying
