BOT! ...I'm half asleep, I didn't even notice until you pointed it out.
I'm paying "50mb" and getting a consistent 25mb with upload slightly over 3mb, but the download varies from 5 to 44, about 10% of the time that I test it. According to a speedtest site I'm paying for 100 but bastards on the phone said "50" I am sure.

If I'm honest there are 2 TV bundles things running at the same time that need internet and 8 connections one of which is cctv running 24/7 I wonder what the speed would be if shut all but one connection to the router and re did the test!.
