BAN request: Melandri

[RTK] Laro has asked me to ban Melandri for impersonating RTK.
The story was vaguely confirmed by Melandri's clan leader.
N.B. I dont ban people for outbursts, only persistent insults/game disruption which are targeted at the same people all the time etc. So request is denied for banning him for insulting FGS and EDH and A clans... he is not doing that on a weekly basis. But impersonation of a clan... banned!
Melandri, ban yourself for a week plz... Or we'll do it for you when u join.
