im not ddosing dxalpha site. and here is the proof, that the site is currently even NOT under attack. and hasnt been for days. appearently from logs, there was heavy load only for some minutes (hours?).

i wasnt going to post this, but since alex didnt stop accusing me, ill break some rules and post his private convo here:

chat logs between dae and alex

(13:03) Alex - Batshit c: i can limit my bandwidth
(13:03) Alex - Batshit c: going to set it to 40%
(13:03) Alex - Batshit c: *50%
(13:03) Alex - Batshit c: that is 1TB
(13:04) Alex - Batshit c: Current limit: 50 % (1024.00 GByte)
Currently used: 2.76 % (56.62 GByte)
(13:09) Eugene: which bandwidth?
(13:09) Eugene: strato?
(13:10) Alex - Batshit c: yes
(13:11) Eugene: did you contact Strato (or can you do through msn?)
(13:11) Alex - Batshit c: uh, I set it through the control panel
(13:11) Alex - Batshit c: i didn't contact them yet
(13:11) Eugene: no, i mean, there must be some blocking mechanism, even if the attack stopped it might not unblock us
(13:12) Alex - Batshit c: since when have we been DoS ed?
(13:12) Alex - Batshit c: (what time)
(13:13) Alex - Batshit c: 40 minutes ago?
(13:13) Eugene: 11:37 AM GMT
(13:13) Alex - Batshit c: somewhat 40min ago eh?
(13:13) Eugene: yes
(13:13) Alex - Batshit c: yes
(13:13) Alex - Batshit c: i got some stats here
(13:13) Alex - Batshit c: till 12:30
(13:14) Alex - Batshit c: average packets per second is around 10
(13:14) Alex - Batshit c: then it sky rockets to
(13:14) Alex - Batshit c: 100 outgoing and 70 incoming
(13:14) Alex - Batshit c: per second
(13:14) Eugene: ok, good
(13:14) Alex - Batshit c: but according to the graph
(13:14) Alex - Batshit c: it has stopped already

(13:15) Eugene: could you try rebooting again?
(13:16) Alex - Batshit c: done
(13:19) Eugene: hm
(13:19) Alex - Batshit c: its still booting
(13:19) Eugene: no errors?
(13:20) Alex - Batshit c: again the
(13:20) Alex - Batshit c: "not fully configured"
(13:22) Alex - Batshit c: done rebooting
(13:23) Eugene: only way now, - strato
(13:23) Alex - Batshit c: got to talk to shadowrunner
(13:23) Alex - Batshit c: he has more info

"It has stopped already", as in, it has stopped SENDING and RECEIVING entirely. The regular thing is 10 packets per second, and now it sends... ZERO! And it receives... ZERO! That means, that the connection to the server is so overloaded, that it cannot report to a masterserver about the bandwidth usage.

Sike, the only way you people will impress me is getting 50.0 on DXSG...

Alex has proof that his site was attacked, he told me on 26th that Dae had changed all passwords, including host panel but had forgotten to write the new one down. But Alex says that once Alpha retreive the password, they have a graph which shows the internet usage sky-rocketing at 12.30, the bandwith usage increasing by 10-20. So presumably Alpha are going to post this graph and then probably some people will argue for a bit...

Nah, strato didn't close it. Yet... I hope this DDoSing stops soon.

me too...

what i would like to say is this @ coders...DXMP is not the award-winning game...I think its harder to get beginners, than it is to get old players come back, especially when both sides are at war every season, if you coders sit down and think about making DXMP like the award-winning game, I'm sure you win all...

That's why I work on Stargate... because the next Stargate maps will feature active stargates, free-roaming and keypads with numbers is a beginning, but I need more help with lockpicks, mulit-tools, bots, control panels and all the single player stuff...and that tbh needed improving too,

Personal Computers I think should be the first issue...Call airstrikes, control bots, do a lot of stuff with PC's...but also make hacking and tooling more interactive, something SP never did...some improved scoreboard is not going keep beginners, or get vets back...

DejaVu.

Are you, or are you not the owner of DXMP.net (You said before you weren't).
And also tell this, are the owners of DXMP.net and DXMPHosting.com the same person?
