Build shots from DXSG_Abydos

This map contains the soundtrack from the movie "Stargate" and portrays the two locations in the movie, Earth and Abydos Planet. It will feature the map room inside the pyramid, ring transporters, egyptian lockdown doors and two active stargates, already powered, dialled and active. DJ is making Shock Lance and Icarios is working on Jaffa Skins. I've used the DXMS torch pack in this, which I think are [A]Jon's, some UT textures from U Awakening and UT. This was Jon's idea too. I have a sound sample of Jaffa troops shouting "Hail Anubis! Hail Anubis!" There is something comical about this sound sample.

1. The big pyramid on Planet Abydos, where the SG-1 team camped.
2. The entrance hall on Planet Abydos. I have made richer textures than the original film.
3. Another corridor
4. The Gate room on Earth Cheyenne Mountain / NORAD, home of the SG-1 team
5. Another room in NORAD on Earth. Here will be some kind of powercore/hadron collider type energy ball
6. The Gate room on Planet Abydos.
There will be no grenades on this map, because I dont think emp can be teleported, therefore removing any grenades prevents stand off and promotes teamwork. Probably one neutron bomb reactor will be placed somewhere "fair". I will not allow players to lam gates etc. So also it will beneficial for teams, to rush the gate with as many team members at the same time. Also multiple spwns will create backdoors too...
I'm not sure if Jaffa v SG-1 is going to be like FLClothes or a gametype or mod etc...Besides a large area outside the pyramid, the rest of the map is actually fairly small, perhaps less area than CMD. Alex had a good idea that the ring is powered up and activated with the ring moving around the chevrons...So I'm experimenting at the moment with rotating rings...
