Ban Request

Hi,
ok what is this all about? Jonkiller. It has been for several months now that this character has been ruining game and teamplay with buggin, teamswitching, endless strings of bs spam, etc.
Here is a screenie (soz for the darkness, i tried to brighten it up a bit but it wasn't very succesful, so if any of you can do it, go ahead) of jonkiller ladderbuggin on Amtrack.

I've seen him doing it on A51 as well. He claims he 'dont understand, me no buggin'. But ladderbuggin doesn't happen 'accidentaly'. I've seen him getting up the ladder and letting him fall down again several times (no soz no demo's or screenies). As I can recall, bugging = instant ban.
But that's not the only problem: he likes to teamswitch so he can unbalance teams, with lame excuses as: 'hey you will call me buger' or 'hey you will shot me'. He has done this numerous times and sometimes refuses to switch back, thus ruining the game for everybody.
He also uses the lamest tactics around (I know that's no reason to ban him BUT) and is making players leave the server because of it. I've seen the server drain empty after he had been in it for about 5 min.
And last but not least, I have a strong suspicion this Jonkiller is actually the well known Topocat. His way of talking is identical, his way of fighting is identical, his way of playing the dumb, innocent fucktard is identical. In other words: the similarity is striking. He also is member of the (carbon) clan, wich has various members of the (V.G.S) 'clan' wich is known to have had lots of notorious cheaters.
He also admitted to me that he 'don't cheate in server where i not have admin, only in server where i have admincommande'
I don't know if the reasons above are enough to ban him. if you don't think so I would like to ask you to keep an eye out for him. Go in the server under alias so you can see it for yourself.
Personally, I'm fed up with his bs ways and bug killing ruining every *loving* game he's in.
