Beginners server

Hey all. One problem in DXMP is when new players are pwned by top players and are not given a chance. Ive decided to put up a beginners server. Good players will end up banned from it if they dont allow newbies a chance.

It is to help train newbies and allow them to enjoy the game.

So they wont leave when people dont give them a chance etc.

Then they will move on to other servers.

So this server will hopefully bring in a few more new players.

Jake, it's not enough to host a server and call it "Beginners".

It needs messages on the infolink, teaching augs, giving tips.

It's going to be unpopular with at least some people.

It doesn't matter if u sit on that server 24/7, no toilet, eat, sleep, you can't be there always when some player is owning... so next day when you ban an atdm player for spwnroom massacres and arguing that spwnroom don't exist, you just been the big bad guy admin abuse yourself, cos only a few hours ago , someone in your clan was killing just as many people in the same spwnroom... you make enemies protecting noobs, it's a thankless job

This problem also doesn't really get resolved by throttles... you know exactly how many kills you can make in one minute etc.

As always... there are 2.

I've used Deja Vu's one... something like this would solve a lot of admin problems on SG too, anything which is unfamiliar...

bindings, forums addresses, augs, scope etc...

peace of mind for admin.

Like I said... there are 2 at least...

I wouldn't listen to these guys, I would get both and make your own decision which is better for your server needs.
