Haven't seen such gpf before, happened to me today. 
DUH!
Thats worse than the GPF I always get with the 3dfxGlide renderer xD

Open cmd and type in:
(if you really type in format C:\, you're dumb)
The error should be fixedformat C:\

it will show up that you cannot format the system partition
you have to copy format c:\ to autostart.bat
you have to copy format c:\ to autostart.bat

On the NT systems, this will only work, if you boot with a floppy or CD.

The FPS was metabolic end product all game, Skilgannon can tell you that. It was some arena map on altfire.
