Today Biatch told me that he was banned on [FGS] server. I didn't ask when it happened but the point is that I didn't know EMP jumping was a punishable action. I'm requesting him to be unbanned.

emp jumping is a strategy that works, so why ban it?

On which server? I wouldn't've thought it necessary on Wunderland, what with the low grav and all.....

I would like to say on behave of [MTX]Biatch that he is indeed a good guy and
not an intentional rule breaker. I'm sure he did not know he was breaking
the rules of the server by doing that. He is not one that would intentionally
do such an action and I consider him one of the most honest respectable DX
players we have in this community.

I HATE emp jumping, but most people use it responsibly and dont abuse the map. Since I enjoy planting lams on floors, I can understand that it is tactical play and should not be banned. However on Altfire with low grav, emp jumping on 18th street tnag map, for example, would give an unfair advantage almost a mapbug, if it was not an isolated incident and the person was doing it 24/7.

Biatch is of good character in DX, I wasnt there, but it sounds like FGS this time were heavy-handed and please accept our apologies? Sometime last year we had new admins and it took a few weeks to actually bring them to our standards of admin, Hawk is a good admin, but perhaps it is my fault for not spending more time with him and explaining everything we do/did in the past, so please accept my apology, I have been busy lately. I'm sure you will all appreciate FGS always strive to provide the best standards.

Emp jumping in Altfire is especially rewarding, in the sense that you can get to the highest parts (for example a darkened exterior wall, CMD springs to mind) and shoot down at foes with the added security of cover and high ground.

I sometimes emp jump but only in jest, I wouldn't use it as a means for maximum scoring, same goes with abusing the throwing of greandes. Also there are a few weapons I don't use because I feel they are too strong.

It's all about finding your own etiquette within the game, but expect others not to follow suite, thats my view on things anyway, I hate exploits and shortcuts, they are no fun for me personally.

If you can be good at agame and also have some form of etiquette, that players will respect than more power to you. It's not all about getting the maximum score possible.

i dont like EMP jumping in low grav ... its like speed aug and low grav

you can get on top of the wall in CMD without EMP jump

but anyhows, i don't mind ppl doing it, once in a while, or so.
