If you're going to start bashing on augs in a thread, don't suddenly decide it's become a 0aug vs aug debate and lock the thread as soon as augs are defended.

this thread has became another 0aug vs aug discussion.

here's the thing: every-body-plays-what-they-like. Every single gametype in DXMP has a bright side. If you find that bright side being the thing that gives you fun, play that. If you don't, get over it and try playing something else.

If you have a problem with that, well, gtfo.

God you're thick. Not only was it 0 auggers bashing auggers who incurred the debate, it was locked when augs were defended well, without bashing on 0 augs.

The topic should have been split and placed in Spam and not locked. Good moderation
is not apparent here. Try asking to remove your account and they flat out ban you
instead no mater how nicely you ask them.

Anyone defending their own viewpoints get topics locked, warnings, or banned,
this is DX remember? No ones opinions matter to the masters.

Notice how you hate our moderation when something is not done the way you want it.

Also, if you think that we support any of the sides in this conflict, you're just plain *loving* wrong. Our members play all gametypes, and we will not bitch any of you. This topic was discussed in pretty much every single DXMP forum, and it always ended in a flamewar. You know why? Cause you don't want to talk about it, you just want to bitch the other side.

I don't know why anyone even continues the argument of 0-aug vs aug.

It doesn't matter, one does not take more skill than the other, just another type of skill. so I guess this is my friendly reminder to everyone who hasn't seen me say it before.

Deus Ex is a GAME, play it and have fun. Anyone who will sit there and argue over what gametype is the best, or what gametype is "the real Deus Ex" or whatever, needs to either get a life, get laid, and realize that what you think makes no difference.

or simply play the gametype that you like and stop worrying about what other people play.

And one more thing, It doesn't *loving* matter who started the debate. Just because Aug players seem to paint themselves as the victim, your not! so stop acting like you are the one that has to defend against the nasty 0-aug players, you start the debate just as much as they do.

and just to clarify, Im neutral I like both augs and 0-augs so don't accuse me of taking any sides.

Nothing has been said about augs being a better. When stooges like you start saying things like "only arrogant assholes aug" or "it takes no skill only binds to win at augs" and then I come and defend it, without saying ANYTHING about the 0 aug gametype, you lock my topic and say I've started a flame war.

I said in the post that you quoted, that I like BOTH 0-aug and aug gametypes, and I believe I also mentioned that it is POINTLESS to argue over which gametype takes more skill to play. But for your entertainment I will explain what I mean. 0-aug gametypes take a different kind of tactics and skill than aug gametypes. I NEVER said that either of them take more skill because they are both equal in respect to each other.

So I suggest that before you tell ME to get educated, you should learn how to comprehend what you read.

However, many aug players simply got such an insulting and arrogant attitude.
