I like the look of that flying machine. But I don't get what the second vehicle is supposed to be... :s a flying horsehead?

A tank that's mesh is messed up.

If you have played UT2k4, you'll know what these are.

Onslaught vehicles.

The Raptor seems to be working good, just need to get rid of some side effects like shaking camera, blue jump effect, crate sound effect, making players disappear when entering a vehicle etc. These are minor fixes I believe. Perhaps you should work on the sizes of the vehicles too, not sure.

Also I'd like to know what happens when you're being aimed and shot at. Is it the vehicle or the player that receives damage? You'll probably have to work about that.

You'll also need to make GEP's deal about 50% less damage on vehicles or increase the health points of vehicles in order to avoid them being destructed too fast. Or perhaps make a completely different rocket launcher like the AVRiL in UT2k4 which makes you have to stand still while locking on a vehicle or something like that. These must be very difficult but you're a smart coder already :)

I'm not sure whether UT'99 ever used vehicles or not, the game has the same engine, perhaps you could try some converting if it does.

One small note: You should complete your jumping mod before putting too much effort in this first. We finally want to play some of your mods! =]

Thanks!

No, I think that the player should not disappear while inside the car.

Yeah I know, the car sizes are a bit too big/small, It's the mesh import problem, I will fix it, right now, making mesh appear and mesh sizes with the texture is the main problem, everything else is OKAY.

Yes, while you shoot while your riding the vehicle, rather than getting the damage yourself, the car gets the damage, unless, if your riding a raptor, and the projectile hits you, you will get the damage.

If you note in the end of the video, you'll notice that the car exploded, because I shot the next car with the tank (invisible flying eagle face) and boom, all the car exploded near it, and the tank itself, so I died too.

I will try making ActionEvent first..

Thanks for your interests. :D

You realy wonder about this mod?
That could be the coolest mod since DXSG was released.

Something that REALY changes the game expierence of Deus Ex in mutliplayer. I don't think I'm the only one who realy wants to play this :>

As said so many times by the others:
Nice work. Keep going

This mod will require much bigger maps. If you get this done, I'll map for you.

Bigger maps...

Select cube, set height, width and breadth to 16384.

Done.

you will need that area to be able being played on by players. You can't just fall behind a building then get stuck on DXMP Cathedral for instance.
