The way how issues get solved on VT forums..

Congratulations, VT.
I'm impressed how careless people are getting recruited to the clan and get privileged access to areas they have no qualification for..
As soon as an argument doesn't run suitable for someone, the whole thing simply get solved by erasing everything that was related to it.
A VERY mature way to solve conflicts, I'm impressed!
If I had guessed that someone could perform such a retarded action, I would have made screen shots.
However, it's simply too much retarded to think of that.
Err.. yes.. somehow I felt like saying that lol...

Careless recruitment is carried out by every single clan except for those with proper leading and clanning experience, sometimes even those two factors will not help.
VT has opted to clean the forum of what is regarded as traces of a person's past who has promised to change or explain himself. Similar maneuver, maybe if not for the exact cause, is routinely used on alpha boards, as well as here, albeit possibly with a little difference: we move stuff to spam.
I have no doubt in my mind that Hitman will always be what he is. He is too old to change, as well. It is quite possible that although I or we may find his presence there apalling, he may contribute to the clan with some maps and other ressources and speak a language flix and legion can understand and relate to.

Now Hitman deleted his own spam reply to me and my subsequent replies to him locking the topic after he was done. LOL
Ohhh flix flix I understand you want to keep hitman in your clan, but WHY is he an admin. LOL

Everybody in VT has been made aware that Hitman might possibly be in the clan. I compared the IP to the original one I have of his.. and sadly they do match. However, the problem is, we can't do anything about it unless he gives us a reason. Furthermore he is not an admin nor shall he ever be; let's face facts, if this noob has returned than we're all in for some fun *Remembers how funny it was when Hitman would say "Cry me a river"* I'm keeping an eye on him as well as the admin. Anything "Hitman" related however, will most likely be deleted by the suspect, but I assume his moderation rights have been revoked as he's now in another group similar to mine.

You just got yourself banned for the next 3 days. That remark was totally uncalled for and was completely unprovoked. Enjoy your vacation.

Good to know..
Yes, hitman can be amusing, but just if he got no moderation rights.. yesterday he erased like 10 posts that didn't suit him because they told the truth.
Another thing I'm worried that the admins don't conver with eachother and that hitman just goes to another admin and begs back his rights..

lmao
seems vts gonna sort shitman out, spaz is happily in the clan, and forums are gonna be rebuilt. however since i have serious doubts about the adequacy of an admin/mod or two there I suppose its not worth the lolz the way it was anymore. i dont mind when my posts, which are pretty obvious flames, are deleted, but I do mind when admin goes about cleaning the forum pretty much at random making decisions based strictly on subjective dislikes or moods, as opposed to systematic organized job from which everybody can benefit equally.

Yes, the Hitman situation has been dealt with. In fact we've worked for hours redoing permissions to ensure this never happens again. Since you all love Hitman so much, you'll be happy to know that even when I confronted him with what the logs, and ip had said, he insisted that it was not his IP. In fact he claimed to live in California. However I did 8 traces on him using 8 sites all lead to the Dallas Texas area. Even with this he continued to proclaim his innocence. Due to the overwhelming evidence, I was forced to perm. ban his account. The other admins made sure all his known IPs, emails, and names were banned. Mods can now only pin, close, and other simple things. They can no longer delete topics... Long story short, We won't have a repeat of tonight anytime soon. Oh yes, and my congrats to Spaz for making it into the clan.. shame you arrived after your buddy uhh.. how shall we say it, oh yes... he went on a long term vacation.
