I am a Lucid Dreamer. Take's a long while to learn (dedication, etc.), but it's totally worth it. The ability to be conscious inside you're unconscious is amazing (even life changing). I highly recommend you learn.
Can any of you guys fall into a hypnogagic state? Are any of you lucid dreamers?

Lucid Dreaming is a state of mind in which you are able to control your dream. You will fall asleep, and seeming-less-ly open your eyes to find yourself on your bed, with all your senses.. except what you do now is not real. You get get up, walk around, and alter everything you want your world to be (last week I was JC Denton lol, except with mech augs). It's amazing. I could post a guide some time later on.. Of how to do it.

From what I know, you need to train some action that you always repeat in intervals and that you will do before you sleep like biting your lip, which kinda hurts.
Something that becomes automatic.. and when you do it in the dream and you feel no pain, you know you are in a dream and from that point you can control it..
However, when I start controlling my dreamz, I normally wake up after a while.

If you want to get back into your dream you woke up from.
First, write down in your dream journal the details/jots of the dream you just woke up from.
Next, what is helpful.. is going to the bathroom. Yes, going to the bathroom.
Next, get back into your bed.. close your eyes remembering what you have jotted down.
Imagine yourself spinning back into your dream with those memories.
Reality gets boring after a while
I prefer to go lucid

I lol'd
It actually takes ALOT before I realize I'm dreaming, even a vendingmachine giving me infinite money didn't make me realize it.
Heck, even rescuing a giant talking snake from a lab just to let it out in the ocean didn't make me realize...
Just thought I was tripping :3
