For all who didn't notice it.. it works the following now..
When altfire server is offline and I notice that, then altfire on dxmtl.eu turns online.
If altfire is back online and I notice that, then altfire on dxmtl.eu turns back offline.

THUS, since altfire is offline again, altfire on dxmtl.eu is online now
