The [FGS] Clan

I've been working on writing a document all day today and I lost it.

It's a 4 pages long .docx and it was lost when I tried to paste it into a .zip folder.
I cut it (ye I know i shouldve copied) and pasted into the new .zip but when i pasted, instead of the .docx there were other files inserted to the .zip, more folders and stuff like that. I erased them and tried to do it again, but my clipboard went all crazy, it couldnt paste the .docx anymore and it was gone from its original location too.
My question: How do I recover it? I tried system recovery through windows, didn't work. It would be very important, I've been working on it all week and I don't want to start over Are there some hidden temporary files I could find? Maybe a secret backup somewhere?

Have you restarted/shutdown your PC?

i have WinXP and I tried restarting after it was lost, no success.

Doesn't MS word have some recover function... i.e. doesn't it make backups?

it wasnt turned on, i was hoping that theres still some way to recover though :s

goddamn bigfoot.. I guess you invented a new technique to securely erase a file...

so I guess not even Nobody knows how to recover my file
