No boss need to be killed except anna navarre. when I played in stealth mode (no kill), I only got to kill anna with her kill phrase

Maggie Chow needs tranquilizing at least, I haven't tried destroying the constructor and running into the sewer without tranquilizing her... Howard Strong doesn't need to be killed, neither does Page directly, Hela Ragnarok can be stunned, Manderley too. The only two that need termination are Navarre and Hermann. Simons, as Ken rightly points out, can be wounded or avoided at Area51, I used the tower as a safe place to wound him from. Technically speaking Duclare and Chad are Thugs not bosses, they don't have augs or nasties. Lucius de Beers is up to you. And of course you cant directly kill the NSF or X-51 characters like Jock, Savage, Smuggler, Tong etc...

Oh and Toby Atanwe carries a DTS at Everett's house. I leave DTS in Hong Kong then first thing I do is tranq that dude.

In paris, you can find the nanosword in the cathedral. If you stun the WIB near the gold room and gunther.
I didn't kill miss show, I run to the keypad and I destroy the constructor. Then I jump in the hole.
