I'll use this thread to update you guys when I've uploaded a new map to the Altfire server. I'll upload only the bigger maps I make unless you guys want to see any smaller maps I've made on the server, please share your thoughts. (admittedly even my medium sized maps are small :P)

DXMP_Snow_4

DXMP_Snow_4 is a small to medium sized map which has 5 spawn points. The map has elevated areas in all four corners and also has a small underground section. It's based on the counterstrike map of the same name, and is basically a version of Iceworld but with bells and whistles.

On the server right now to play.

Ah, I've seen this one before, another I'd been considering making a conversion of but could never get around to it.

Are you reading my mind, sir?

I guess there's something about some CS maps that jump out at us Magus? Great minds think alike? In this case I'll make an exception. :-D

Probably because they're far more playability focused than some of the stuff that's been launched in the past.

Oh I totally agree, there's a certain charm in the more simple unashamed maps and people tend to prefer simplicity, I know I prefer it and I'm by nature quite simple. ;-)
